The Mission of Early Enrichment is to provide safe, affordable, quality child care. We provide a clean, nurturing & fun environment where children are encouraged to develop at their own pace. Our program is designed to provide experiences for infants through school-age children that enhance individual cognitive, social, emotional & physical needs.

We are located at 1600 Bower Hill Road, Pittsburgh (Scott Township), Pennsylvania 15243, next to the Bower Hill Swim Club. We are easily accessible to families living or working in Scott Township, Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Carnegie, Heidelberg, Bridgeville, Dormont, Pittsburgh, Green Tree and surrounding communities.

Early Enrichment is open year round, Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except holidays. We serve children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age and offer full-time, part-time and before & after school care. Our center is located at a Chartiers Valley School District bus stop.

Our Staff

Early Enrichment meets all standards set by the Commanwealth of Pennsylvania for the hiring of staff. All staff members must be at least be 18 years of age; pass child abuse and criminal background screenings (Pennsylvania and FBI); and complete a physical examination and certified health assessment, including testing for tuberculosis. Prior childcare experience must be documented and references will be verfied. All staff members are required to complete the Fire Safety and Emergency Response training and a minimum of 6 additional hours of classroom training in childcare related coursework each year.
